Lady was dancing at an over-crowded nightclub. She tripped and fell on an irregularity in the flooring. The flooring was in dire need of repair. Our client suffered a fractured leg and ankle.
SETTLEMENT – GENERAL NEGLIGENCE – $1,500,000
A second grade school teacher was injured while making copies in a copy room. She reached for a box of paper and the strap broke. She suffered a foot fracture and other nerve damage due to the negligent designs and improper warnings of the box of paper.
SETTLEMENT – AUTO ACCIDENT – $850,000
A family of five were hit by a semi-truck. One client needed shoulder surgery, the rest suffered scrapes and bruises and other ailments.
SETTLEMENT – ASSAULT/NEGLIGENCE – $650,000
Negligent security case. A patron visited her regular happy hour spot. She was assaulted and beat by another patron of the bar, she suffered serious bodily injury. The bar tender failed to properly protect the patrons at the bar from the imminent threat.
